This notice covers the data you leave us when you write through the website contact form or to the email address shown. It is drafted pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller
The controller is Scala Core S.r.l., registered office at Via Alberto Mario 9b, 00152 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT no. 17970871004. Sgusciato is a brand of Scala Core. For any matter regarding your data, write to info@sgusciato.com.
What data we collect
- The data you enter yourself: your name, email address and the message you write.
- A few technical data needed to run the form and prevent spam: IP address and the time of submission. They serve only to limit automated abuse, not to profile you.
Cookies and tracking
This website is static and sets no cookies, neither profiling nor analytics, and uses no third-party tracking tools. That is why you see no cookie banner: it is not needed. The only data that reaches us is what you write in the form.
Why we process it
For one thing only: to read your request, prepare your Snapshot and reply to you. We do not use it to send you advertising, we do not sell it to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not build profiles about you.
On what basis
On your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the one you give by ticking the box before sending. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@sgusciato.com: withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out up to that point.
With whom and where
Your message reaches us by email. To host the website and deliver the mail we rely on technical providers (hosting and email service) acting as processors on our behalf, under instructions bound to the purposes described here. Should a provider process data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place in compliance with the safeguards provided by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (for example, standard contractual clauses).
For how long
We keep your name, email and message for the time needed to handle your request and any relationship arising from it; afterwards we delete them, unless legal obligations require us to retain them longer. The technical anti-spam data (IP, time of submission) are short-lived and cleared automatically.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us to:
- know which data we hold and obtain a copy (access);
- correct them if wrong or incomplete (rectification);
- erase them (right to be forgotten) or restrict their use;
- object to the processing or withdraw your consent;
- receive them in a machine-readable format (portability).
